Floofs Galore!

The first big hatch of 2021 is off to a great start. Wheaten/Blue Wheaten Marans and so many varieties of Ameraucanas: White Ameraucanas, Wheaten/Blue Wheaten/Splash Ameraucanas, Blue/Black/Splash Ameraucanas, Lavender (aka Self-Blue) Ameraucanas.

Wheaten and Blue Wheaten Marans lay the dark chocolate brown eggs, just as the Black Copper Marans, but to my eyes are a prettier bird.

And the Ameraucanas. Swoon. The little cheek puffs. Swoon. The cuddly affectionate dispositions. Swoon. The blue eggs. Swoon. These are our new favorites.

As soon as the hatch is finished, I’ll add these little sweeties to the website and you can claim them for your own.
